CRM_CIC_068 - Define Profiles

In this IMG activity, you create component workspace profiles for the client switch and assign which applications you want available for each profile. You can also determine if you want the system to automatically connect to applications for incoming calls.

You defined applications in Define Applications.

1. Define profiles and assign applications.
2. Assign the profile to automatically created workspace profiles.
1. Access Define Profile for Automatically Created Workspaces.
2. Choose the SWITCH (Default Client Switch Profile) workspace profile and choose Default Workspaces.
3. Under Component Workspace, choose the component workspace and select CLIENT_SWITCH (Client Switch).
4. Enter your new profile.
