CRM_CIC_069 - BAdI: Business Partner Search

This BAdI provides a cross-client business partner search within the 'Client-Switch-component in the Interaction Center.

Your Interaction Center contains the workspace CLIENT_SWITCH.

The sample code to this BAdI shows a possible realisation. To use it ias a starting point you can copy it to your implementation. To work properly you have to use the subsceen 10 of the program SAPLCRM_CIC_ASP_BPSEARCH_EXM in the implementation.

If you want to adapt this subscreen to your need, you may copy the function group CRM_CIC_ASP_BPSEARCH_EXM and the function modules therein and have to adapt the calls of these function modules in the methods CLEAR and HANDLE_OKCODE of the interface IF_EX_CRM_CIC_ASP_BPSEARCH.

To add additional search fields you can modify the structure G_SEARCH_FIELDS (defined in the TOP-Include of the copied function group), add the new fields to the subsceen and move them to the corresponding parameters of the search module BAPI_BUPA_SEARCH in the function module copied from CRM_CIC_ASP_BPSEARCH_SEARCH.
