CRM_CIC_070 - BAdI: Extension of User Interface Columns/Fields

This BAdI is used in the Interaction Center (IC) WinClient Framework (CRM-CIC-FRW) component.

This BAdI enables you to change the Client Accessworkspace by adding or removing columns or fields. This BAdI allows you to retrieve information from other applications and to place the information into corresponding fields in the workspace of the main client.

You maintained client switch Customizing activities, Define Applications and Define Profiles.

You can use method GET_INFO to access additional information from other applications. The information is displayed in structure CRMT_CIC_ASP_APPL_INFORMATION by using the corresponding APPEND structure.

You can use method CHANGE_FIELDCATALOG to change the field catalog that is used for displaying the information.
