In this IMG activity you add the transaction-related settings to your agent inbox profile.

You can also configure the following inbox functions:

• Display the number of items found in the various inbox folders.

• Automatic navigation back to the agent inbox after End Contact

• Automatic refresh of the item selection in the agent inbox after End Contact

• Folder selection

You define the folders that are to be displayed in the agent inbox.

• Standardized display of a specific folder when the Interaction Center (IC) WinClient is started.

• Close the inbox item automatically after End Contact

You make this setting for each inbox folder.

• Sequence of the inbox folders

You have maintained the activities in the Customizing settings for Customer Relationship Management under Interaction Center WinClient --> Visible Components --> Application Area --> Settings for the Agent Inbox.

You have also defined any of your own inbox folders required under Customer Relationship Management --> Interaction Center WinClient --> Application Area --> Agent Inbox Settings --> Transaction-Based Settings for the Agent Inbox --> Define Inbox Folders.

A standard profile is supplied that contains all of the settings required to run a transaction-based agent inbox.
