CRM_CIC_075 - BAdI: Customer-Defined Agent Inbox Functions

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Interaction Center (IC) WinClient (CRM-CIC) component in the transaction-related agent inbox.

You can use this BAdI to adjust various aspects of the agent inbox to meet your business requirements. It is for example accessed for the following transactions:

• Internal forwarding of e-mails

• Determine the corresponding business partner when a business transaction is opened.

• Make default entries for the business transaction folder using standard values.

This BAdI is active in the standard system. The standard coding is executed.

The BAdI cannot be used several times. The system only accesses and executes one active implementation.

The BAdI is filter-dependent. The standard filter value is "A" (Agent inbox standard).
