CRM_CIC_077 - BAdI: Business Partner Search

This Business-Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Interaction Center (IC) WinClient (CRM-CIC) component.

This BAdI controls certain functions of the business partner search, such as the creation of contact persons.

In the standard system, the BAdI is not activated. The default coding in class CL_DEF_IM_CRM_IC_BP_SEARCH is executed automatically. For automotive industry scenarios, an inactive implementation exists, ISAM_IC_BP_SEARCH, which you can activate.

The BAdI is not designed for multiple uses and is not filter-dependent.

To display the default code, choose Goto -> Default Code -> Display.
