This Business-Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Interaction Center (IC) WinClient (CRM-CIC) component.

This BAdI controls certain functions of the employee business partner search. It enables the search logic to retrieve employee information from a connected SAP HCM system and displays the information in the SAP CRM system.

In the standard system, no active BAdI implementation is delivered. The default coding in class CL_DEF_IM_CRM_IC_BP_SEARCH_EMP is executed automatically. The BAdI is not designed for multiple uses and is not filter-dependent. In the default implementation, no integration with an SAP HCM system is established. Only employee data from the SAP CRM system can be retrieved and displayed.

To display the default code, choose Goto -> Default Code -> Display.
