In this activity, you define the display profile for the transaction history in the Interaction Center. Based on product or business partner-dependent product proposals, the agent can display the transaction history for the business partner on the transaction processing tab page, for example, he can choose the last three sales orders and the required products from this list. The agent can then copy the products directly into the sales order.

The display profile can have up to six different views, from which the agent can choose in the Interaction Center. For example, you set that only a specific number of transactions is displayed, whether or not the product should be considered for this, from what time period transactions should be considered. The quantity displayed is, for example, based on the last order quantities, on a set value or an average value from the last sales orders.

To define a new display profile, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose New entries.
  2. Enter a short text and a description for the new display profile.
  3. Select the profile and choose Display profile attributes.
  4. Choose New entries.
  5. In the View column, choose a view that you wish to assign a new attribute to.
  6. In the List Position view, choose a number from 1 to 6 to display the item in the list field in the transaction history.
  7. In the View Type column, choose Display the last n transactions without the product.
  8. In the Columns column, enter a number between 1 and 12 to specify how many columns the transaction history should have, that is, how many transactions should be displayed.
  9. In the Period Type column, choose either week, month or day.
  10. In the Proposed Quantity field, choose whether or not a proposed quantity should be displayed. If you want a proposal to be displayed, you can specify whether the quantity is copied from the last transaction, or whether it should be an average value from the last transactions.
