CRM_CIC_TRANSFILTER - Define Transaction Filter

In this activity, you define transaction filters for displaying the transaction history in the Interaction Center.

In the transaction history, only the transaction types and item object types are displayed, for which you have set a transaction filter. In addition to this, you have assigned the transaction filter to the product proposal profile.

To define a new transaction filter, proceed as follows:

1. Choose New entries.
2. Enter a short text and a description for your new transaction filter.
3. Choose Filter attributes.
4. Choose New entries.
5. Choose the transaction types and item object types you wish to assign to the transaction filter.
6. In the Status column, choose transactions with the status (for example, completed, for distribution) you wish to be displayed in the transction history.
7. In the +/- sign column, choose which sign is used to calculate the order quantity in the transaction history. All order quantities normally contain the "+" sign. Returns items should however contain the "-" sign.
8. Save your entries.
