This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Customer Relationship Management [CRM] component. You can use this BAdI to filter out specific item statuses (user statuses and system statuses) so that the statuses can neither be selected nor displayed, either during the search for claims, or within the claim itself.

You have ensured that the switch CRM_CLA_CPM is activated using the transaction SFW5.

The standard settings for this BAdI are as follows:

  • The BAdI is designed for multiple-use.
  • The BAdI is filter-dependent.
