CRM_CLM_ASSIGNC_BADI - BAdI: Assignment Rules

You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to implement additional assignment rules for call list generation. An assignment rule specifies how the system determines an agent to process calls.

You have created your own assignment rule in the Define Assignment Profile IMG activity.

• A multiple usage of the BAdI is not possible.

• The BAdI is filter-dependent. The ID of an assignment rule is used as the filter value.

• The BAdI implementation is only executed if the respective assignment rule is required during generation by the call lists. This means, if the respective rule is a part of the assignment profile that is used when the call list is created.

• Assignment rules delivered by SAP are not realized via BAdIs. BAdI implementations are not executed for corresponding rule IDs.

In order that a consistent commit is set in the call list generation report, no explicit commit call may take place.
