CRM_CLM_DETCUST_BADI - BAdI: Determination of Main Partner/Contact Person

With this Business Add-In (BAdI), you can implement your own algorithm to determine business partners or contact persons who should be considered during call list generation.

• A multiple usage of this BAdI is not possible.

• This BAdI is filter-dependent. The transaction type of the schedule call is used as the filter value.

• If there is no active BAdI implementation for a specific filter value, the SAP standard program is executed.

In order that a consistent commit is set in the call list generation report, no explicit commit call may take place in the BAdI.
