This BAdI definition contains the following BAdI exits:

  • READ
  • MODIFY
  • FILL_DROPDOWN_LISTBOX
  • SAVE
  • CHECK_BEFORE_SAVE
  • INITITALIZE
  • GET_MESSAGES

Since the BADI definition CRM_CMG_BSP_EXT has a filter on the case type, a BADI implementation must exist for each possible case type; otherwise, you may have problems, such as a tab with no values in the fields displayed.

It is possible to use other methods, such as PROCESS_EVENT, from the CRM_CMG_BSP_EXT model access class, for extended functionality. This can be done by creating a new model access class that inherits from CRM_CMG_BSP_EXT and then redefining the other required methods.
