CRM_CMG_NOTES_ACCESS - BAdI: Process Control for Case Notes

Business Add-In (BAdI) CRM_CMG_NOTES_ACCESS is used in the Case Management (BC-SRV-CM) component. You can use this BAdI to influence the processes that are available for case notes in Case Management.

The methods of this BAdI are called in the CL_CRM_BSP_CMG_NOTES model access class at the end of the method with the same name, at which point all output parameters are filled. These output parameters are transferred as changing parameters to the BAdI methods available here, so that all parameter values can be manipulated.

This BAdI is filter-dependent (the filter value of the BAdI is the case type).

This BAdI is not activated in the standard system.

All BAdI methods have functions that are identical to the corresponding methods of the People-Centric User Interface (PC-UI). To implement this BAdI, consult the Implementing People-Centric UI with BSP and SAP EP document, which is geared toward developers and technical consultants. This document is available on SAP Service Marketplace ( service.sap.com).
