CRM_CMG_REC_ATTR - BAdI: Attributes of Case Record Relationship

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the SAP CRM Case Management component (CRM-CMG).

You can use this BAdI to save attributes for links. For example, you can create the text for the link reason by using one of these attributes. You can display the link attribues in the People-Centric User Interface.

Please note that the attributes are saved in an XML document in the case record. Therefore, attribute searches are not possible.

If you want to use attributes that you defined yourself for links, you must assign these attributes in the structures that contain the field groups into which the corresponding field should be inserted.

In addition, you must include these fields that you defined in the CRMT_BSP_CMG_REC_HIERARCHY structure.

You can use the Business Add-In: Filling Customer-Specific Dropdown Lists BAdI to save values for dropdown boxes for these fields.

Attributes Partner Function and Main Partner are included in the standard system.

This BAdI is not reusable. Only one active BAdI implementation is called.
