CRM_CMG_XI_EXPRT_MAP - BAdI: Map XI Case Export

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in Case Management to map the exported case record element data. The functions and effects on the application are not predefined. The way in which the BAdI is implemented is dependent on the filter called RELATION, which is the relation to the case element.
You can view the existing relations between business objects and record elements in the Customizing activity Assign Element Types and Business Object Types to a Process.
The BAdI is implemented in the standard system within the enhancement implementation CRM_CMG_XI_IMPLEMENTATION. The default BAdI implementations for the corresponding relations are:
- CRM_CMG_XI_EXPORT_MAP_IMPL_1O
- CRM_CMG_XI_EXPORT_MAP_IMPL_BA
- CRM_CMG_XI_EXPORT_MAP_IMPL_BP
- CRM_CMG_XI_EXPORT_MAP_IMPL_CAS
- CRM_CMG_XI_EXPORT_MAP_IMPL_GRP
- CRM_CMG_XI_EXPORT_MAP_IMPL_IBA
- CRM_CMG_XI_EXPORT_MAP_IMPL_PRD
- CRM_CMG_XI_EXPORT_MAP_IMPL_SOL
- CRM_CMG_XI_EXPORT_MAP_IMPL_SYM
If you use other business objects for the case record beyond those listed here, you must create a customer-specific implementation using one of these as a basis.
