In this Customizing activity, you group together various determination criteria for your questionnaires. These criteria groups can be used to further restrict determination from a defined combination of questionnaires, validity period, transaction type and item category using complaint attributes like sales organization ID, distribution channel, division, category schema application ID, category identifier and so on. You define the determination rules for your questionnaires in the Define Determination for Questionnaires Customizing activity.

A criteria group can be used more than once for determination.

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter a Criteria Identifier name and Description for the criteria group.
  3. Use the F4 help to choose the values for the required attributes for which rule determination shoud take place.
  4. Save your entries.

ABC determination stipulates that the survey 1234 should only be found from January to June and for transaction type CRMC.

The following values are selected for the XYZ criteria group:

  • Sales Organization ID: CMS
  • Application ID: COMPLAINT
  • Schema Identifier: CMPL_TEST
  • Category Identifier: CAT_1

If you enter XYZin the Criteria field for determination ABC, questionnaire 1234 is only offered from January to June for transaction type CRMC. This applies to complaints of this transaction type where the Sales Organization ID is CMSthat also belongs to the COMPLAINT Application ID, the CMPL_TEST Schema Identifier and the CAT_1Category Identifier.

Note:

  • Use the F4 help to choose the value of the Application ID from the results list. Then, use the F4 help to choose the value for the Schema ID. You must have a valid entry for the Application ID in order for the Schema Identifier F4 help results list to be populated.
  • To use the F4 seach help for the Category Identifier field, you must have a valid entry for the Application ID first. The value of the Application ID determines the active Category Identifiers available in this F4 help.
  • You should always use the F4 help to choose the Schema Identifier and Category Identifiers.
