You can define virus scan profiles in SAP NetWeaver that can affect processes in Service. The virus scan profile settings can control which file types can be uploaded to the system and can prevent files from being uploaded.

Check the virus scan profiles to ensure that the profile settings support your business and security requirements. You do this in Customizing for SAP NetWeaver under Application Server -> System Administration -> Virus Scan Interface -> Define Virus Scan Profiles.

The following SAP NetWeaver virus scan profiles are relevant to Service:

• /SCMS/KPRO_CREATE

• /SIHTTP/HTTP_UPLOAD
