CRM_CM_RATING_BADI - Define Reactions to Creditworthiness Check Result

If you want to define a particular system reaction (other than message and status) for a certain business partner rating, you can store coding of your choice in this Business Add-In that you want to be executed for a certain rating. For example, you could start a workflow when rating CC (- risky) occurs with which an employee is informed that a business partner rated as risky has placed an order.

The Business Add-In is called up every time a payer is newly entered or changed; once for the old partner and once for the new one. The ratings of both partners are made available for both calls. The call for the previous partner allows you to reverse actions carried out for this partner sooner, for example, to stop the workflow again.
