CRM_CNTR_MOB_SP - BAdI: Counter and Measurement

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CRM-MSP component.

You can use this BAdI to enhance the standard functions that are available for CRM Counter and Measurement as part of the service functionality for Gateway to SAP NetWeaver Mobile.

This BAdI contains the interface IF_EX_CRM_CNTR_MOB_SMARTPHONE, which has the following methods:

  • CRM_BADI_CNTR_MOB_GETLIST

This method will return additional Counter GUIDS (globally unique identifiers) in addition to the standard Counter GUIDS that are returned as part of the Get List functionality, or it will filter out Counter GUIDS from the standardly-returned GUIDS.

For example, in a standard scenario, the Get List functionality will return a set of Counter GUIDS. This method can add more GUIDS or filter out GUIDS based on the reading date of the counter in the customization criteria which will be maintained in your own customization screens.

  • CRM_BADI_CNTR_MOB_GETDETAIL

This method will fill additional custom fields through the customer enhancement structures, which is in addition to the standard fields that are populated as part of the Get Detail functionality.

For example, the fields OBJECT_ID and CNTR_DESC are standard fields already present in the structure. This method will fill in additional Counter and Measurement attributes in the Counter and Measurement header section like Counter Created By(ZCREATED_BY).

  • CRM_BADI_CNTR_MOB_CHANGE

This method, as part of the Change functionality, will change additional data through customer enhancement structures. For example, the fields OBJECT_ID and CNTR_DESC are standard fields already present in the structure. This method will change additional Counter and Measurement attributes in the Counter and Measurement header section like Counter Created By(ZCREATED_BY).
