CRM_COMPL_ARM_CODES - BAdI: Filter Codes for Advanced Returns Management

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in component Service Complaint (CRM-BTX-COM). You can use this BAdI to restrict the codes downloaded from SAP ERP for use at runtime. You can find the affected codes under Replication of Codes from SAP ERP to SAP CRM.

The BAdI has the method DETERMINE_ARM_CODES - Filter Codes for Advanced Returns Management.
