CRM_COMPL_MOB_SP - BAdI: Complaints

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CRM-MSP component.

You can use this BAdI to enhance the standard functions that are available in CRM Complaint Management as part of the service functionality for Gateway to SAP NetWeaver Mobile.

This BAdI contains the interface IF_EX_CRM_COMPL_MOB_SMARTPHONE, which has the following methods:

  • CRM_BADI_COMPL_MOB_GETLIST

This method will return additional Complaint Management GUIDS (globally unique identifiers) in addition to the standard Complaint Management GUIDS that are returned as part of the Get List functionality, or it can filter out GUIDS from the standardly-returned GUIDS.

For example, in a standard scenario, the Get List functionality will return a set of Complaint Management GUIDS based on the transaction type and service organization that is maintained in the Customizing activity Define Upload and Download Parameters for Transactional Data. This method can add more GUIDS or filter out GUIDS based on the sales area criteria like distribution channel, division, and sales organization which you can maintain in your own customization screens.

  • CRM_BADI_COMPL_MOB_GETDETAIL

This method will fill additional custom fields through the customer enhancement structures, which is in addition to the standard fields that are populated as part of the Get Detail functionality.

For example, the fields PROCESS_TYPE and DESCRIPTION are standard fields already present in the structure. This method will fill in additional Complaints attributes in the Complaints header section, like External Reference (ZEXT_REF).

  • CRM_BADI_COMPL_MOB_CHANGE

This method will change additional data through customer enhancement structures as a part of the change functionality.

For example, with this method you can change data in additional Complaints attributes like External Reference (ZEXT_REF) in the Complaints header section .
