CRM_CONST_001 - Define Constants for Customer Surveys

You can use this activity to configure the desired value in constant SVYDAYS. In table CRMC_ESSC_CONS, constant SVYDAYS defines the length of time in days during which a person does not receive another survey.

If the value 30 is assigned to constant SVYDAYS, then no additional survey is sent to the recipient via e-mail until 30 days, including the date of receipt of the prior survey, have passed,.
