This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Basic Functions for Business Transactions (CRM-BTX-BF) component. You can use this BAdI to create enhancements for the header data in the business transaction.

The following methods are availalble to you:

  • CRM_CUSTOMER_H_CHECK: BAdI to check object CUSTOMER_H
  • CRM_CUSTOMER_H_MERGE: BAdI to merge object CUSTOMER_H

Note: The methods CRM_CUSTOMER_H_SET_SCREEN and CRM_CUSTOMER_H_SET_TITLE are not relevant for the WebClient UI.

Note

Do not append the database table CRM_ (for example, CRMD_CUSTOMER_H) with the append structure and new fields, but append the structure CRMT__EXT (for example, CRMT_CUSTOMER_H_EXT). This ensures that your enhancement works.
