CRM_DISP_ATP_RESULTS - Display Results of Availability Check

After SAP APO has carried out availability check, the system transfers the results to SAP CRM and enters them in the sales order. You cannot intervene manually (for example, to decide on a partial delivery).

For the CRM Web Client, you can switch on a screen that appears after SAP APO carries out availability check and before SAP CRM enters the results in the sales order. This screen shows the detailed availability check results from SAP APO.

On this screen, you can

• Display the availability check results for a sales order item

• Decide whether, for example, you want a full delivery, or one or several partial deliveries. SAP APO transfers the results to the sales order in SAP CRM.

You switch on this screen as follows:

1. - For yourself:
   In the SAP GUI menu bar, choose System -> User Profile -> Own Data

- For other users:
In the SAP GUI Easy Access Menu, choose Architecture and Technology -> System Administration -> User Maintenance -> Users

1. On the Parameter tab enter APO_ATP_PARA in the Parameter-ID column, and one of the following values in the Parameter Value column:

• 5,,The system displays the availability check screen after any change in the sales order that initiates an availability check (for example, change of item, change of item quantity, change of shipping conditions).

• 6,,The system displays the availability check screen every time the user manually checks the availability check of a sales order item by choosing More-> Check Availability.
