CRM_DOCREF_OBJTYPE - Define Object Types for Transaction Reference

In this activity, you specify the business object types of documents that you support as external reference documents when users create complaints and returns. The business object type serves as a filter that determines which implementation of the Business Add-In Creation of Complaints with Reference to External Document should be executed.

The entries that you make here appear in a list of valid reference object types, which users can call up from the dialog box for reference document selection that appears during creation of a complaint or return.

You have programmed an implementation of the above Add-In for each of the business object types that you specify in this activity.

For references to CRM Billing documents, SAP provides a predefined implementation of the Add-In in the standard system.

Enter business object types and the description that you wish to appear in the list of valid reference object types during creation of a complaint or return.

You have programmed an Add-In implementation to support delivery documents from SAP R/3 Sales and Distribution as reference documents. You have defined the relevant business object type as a filter value for the Add-In, and subsequently enter it in this table.
