CRM_DWP_LRP_RFC - Set Up RFC Destinations for Scheduling Engine

You use this activity within service resource planning to set up the call to the Scheduling Engine.

To connect to the WFM Core, set up an RFC destination of type '3'. This RFC destination refers to SAP APO, which contains the WFM Core.

To connect to an external scheduling engine, set up an RFC destination of type 'T'.

You can select this RFC connection in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Select RFC Connection.
