CRM_E2C_BADI - BAdI: CRM via E-Mail

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CRM-BF-E2C (CRM via E-Mail) component. You can use this BAdI to influence the standard behavior of the CRM via E-Mail functionality. For more information, see the documentation for the individual methods below.
Note:
To be able to use CRM via E-Mail, you must ensure that the method SECURITYCHECKAPI (provided with this BAdI) returns a value 'true' (X) for parameter EV_PROCESS. We recommend that you use this method to implement a customer-specific security check. The system can only process data received via e-mail if the value 'true' (X) is set.
The method CALCULATEDFIELDS is obsolete and replaced by a method of the same name in the BAdI BADI_CRM_E2C_ATTR_TYPE.
