CRM_EDR_DESCRIPTION_ - BAdI: Conversion of EDR Descriptions

In this Business Add-In (BAdI), you make settings for the conversion of the descriptions of event detail records (EDRs) that come from external systems.

The converted descriptions are displayed on the user interface.

Based on the EDR type, you can create filter-based implementations.

You can combine texts with separators, for example: DSL_60_MIN_FROM_1PM_TO_2PM
