In this Business Add-In (BAdI), you make settings for the retrieval of event detail records (EDRs) from external systems.

This enables you to display EDRs from external systems in mySAP CRM invoices. SAP delivers SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (XI) to get the data from external system, or you can use your own interface.

You create an implementation to retrieve the data using SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (XI), or using a Remote Function Call (RFC).
