CRM_EDR_XI_MAPPING - BAdI: Modify XI Data Sent to/From External Systems

This Business Add-In is used in the Customer Relationship Management - Telecommunications(CRM-IT) component.

You can use this BAdI to modify the data, which is sent to or from an external system via the XI interface EDRQuery_Out (outbound interface, software component SAP CRM ABAP 6.0, namespace: http://sap.com/xi/CRM).

You can use the methods in this BAdI to modify the data to meet customer-specific requirements, if you are using the XI interface to display EDRs from the external system.

This BAdI is defined for individual usage.

This BAdI uses the interface IF_CRM_EDR_XI_MAPPING. For more information, display the interface in the Class Builder.
