In this Customizing activity, you can define various constants needed for integration of SAP Human Capital Management (SAP HCM) functionality into the CRM Shared Service Framework (SSF).

In the standard system, the following constants are defined:

• HCM logical system (HCMLOGSYS)

This constant indicates the remote function call (RFC) destination of the SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) HCM system in the global shared service center environment.

• Default process group (PROCGRP)

This constant relates to the integration of HCM Processes and Forms. It defines the default process group for service requests not linked to a category, as well as for those linked to a category without an assigned process group.

Note

For the predefined entries to be displayed for this constant, you must first define the logical system for HCM in the constant HCMLOGSYS.
