You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) within the context of accruals (CRM-MKT-ACL) component.

You can use this BAdI to implement an accrual calculation method. The interface of the BAdI predefined.

To use this BAdI:

  1. Choose the Create pushbutton to create a BAdI implementation.
If implementations of this BAdI already exist, the system displays them in a dialog box.
  1. Specify a name for your implementation and choose Create.
The system displays the initial screen for BAdI implementation creation.
  1. Enter a short description for your implementation in the Implementation Short Text field.
If you choose the Interfacetab, you will notice that the system has filled in the Name of the Implementing Class field automatically, by assigning a class name based on the name of your implementation.
  1. Save your entries and assign the BAdI to a package.
  2. Define a Filter Val..
Use the accrual method that was defined as value 1 for filter CALC_METHOD_ID. in customizing activity Define Accrual Calculation Methods.

To edit a method:

  1. Double-click its name.
  2. Enter your implementation code between the method IF_CRM_FM_ACL_CALCULATION~CALCULATE_ACCRUAL. and endmethod. statements.
  3. Save and activate your code.
  4. Navigate back to the Change Implementation screen.
  5. Choose Activate.
You can also create an implementation for BAdI and not activate it until later.

You have maintained Define Accrual Calculation Methods.

This BAdI does not have a default implementation in the standard system.
