This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Financial Services for CRM component.

You can use this BAdI to enhance, without modification, the display function for the fact sheet for quotations by the business partner, which is delivered in the standard system. The BAdI (if implemented) is called line-by-line for each quotation item read. The filter value for this is the item category of the quotation.

You transfer the data of the fact sheet for quotations by the business partner to the BAdI interface. This is the item category of the quotation item read currently in the memory and the contents of this quotation item (line type CRMS_FSBP_FS_OFFERS). You can override the contents with your own values. These are then displayed in the quotation list for the business partner fact sheet.

For financial service quotations, you have defined your own item categories for which you want an adjusted display in the business partner fact sheet.

In the standard system, the Business Add-In is active. For item categories FS01 and FS02, SAP delivers an example implementation.

After you have called the IMG activity, do the following:

  1. In the following dialog box, enter a name for the implementation of the BAdI in the Implementationfield and then choose Transfer.
If implementations were already created for the BAdI, a dialog box appears with the existing implementations. In this dialog box, choose Create.
  2. In the corresponding field, enter a short text for the implementation.
  3. In the Properties tab, add as a filter attribute the item category for which you want to create the BadI.
  4. Choose the Interfacetab.
On the basis of the name of its implementation, the system generates the name of the class to be implemented . You can change the name.
  5. Save your entries and assign a package.
  6. Place the cursor on a method. Double-click to call the Class Builder.
  7. Enter the coding you want to be implemented between the method <Interface Name>~.and endmethod. instructions.
  8. Save and activate your coding and navigate back to the Change Implementation screen.
  9. Save in the Change Implementation screen.
Note: You can create an implementation for a BAdI first and activate it later. If you choose to use this method, the process ends here.
  10. Choose Activate.
When you execute the application program, the coding you created will run.
