CRM_GEN_EXT_KRN_CPY - BAdI: Enhancements for Copy Control for New Table Extensions

This BAdI is a successor kernel BAdI to CRM_GEN_EXT_CPY_BADI. Whereas CRM_GEN_EXT_CPY_BADI is used with the easy enhancement workbench, this BAdI is used with the new application enhancement tool.

In this workstep you can create enhancements for copy control for generated business transaction components.

This BAdI offers the same functionality as BAdI CRM_COPY_BADI, but the latter can be used to enhance standard components (for example ORDERADM_I).

For each business transaction component, you must create an implementation to be enhanced.

The following interfaces and input fields are available to you:

Interfaces:

• IV_OBJECT_REF_GUID

GUID of the target header or item

• IV_OBJECT_REF_KIND

Kind of target (header or item)

• IV_REF_GUID_OLD

GUID of the predecessor header or item

Input Fields:

• CT_INPUT_FIELD_TAB

Table of fields to be changed per data line

• CT_COM_TABLE

Data to be copied from source to target

The connection between an entry in the data table and in the input fields table takes place through REF_GUID, REF_KIND, and LOGICAL_KEY. The LOGICAL_KEY corresponds to a temporary HANDLE in the data table in this case.
