CRM_GM_WEB_FORM - Web Requests for Grantor Management

In Grantor Management, you can use the web request forms for applications, change requests and claims. A sample form for each of these form types is part of the standard delivery. If you want, you can copy these forms and modify them according to your own needs.

The forms delivered are:

• SAPGAPDEMO: Sample funding request form for an applicant

• SAPGCLDEMO: Sample claim request form for a claimant

• SAPGCR: Sample change request form for a claimant needing to make changes to either an agreement items or claim items

To use these forms, you have to activate them in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Web Channel → E-Service → Web Requests → Define Request Categories.
