This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the CRM-MSP component.

You can use this BAdI to enhance the standard functions that are available for CRM Installed Base Management as part of the service functionality for Gateway to SAP NetWeaver Mobile.

This BAdI contains the interface IF_EX_CRM_IBASE_MOB_SMARTPHONE, which has the following methods:

  • CRM_BADI_IBASE_MOB_GETLIST

This method will return additional Installed Base GUIDS (globally unique identifiers) or filter out Installed Base GUIDS through the standard structures, in addition to the standard GUIDS that are returned as part of the Get List functionality.

For example, in the usual scenario, the Get List functionality will return a set of Installed Base GUIDS based on Exclusion Status that is maintained in Customizing activity Define Upload and Download Parameters for Master Data. This method can add more GUIDS or filter out GUIDS based on the Country customization criteria which you will maintain in your own customization screens.

  • CRM_BADI_IBASE_MOB_GETDETAIL

This method will fill additional custom fields through the customer enhancement structures, which is in addition to the standard fields that are populated as part of the Get Detail functionality.

For example, the fields IBASE and IB_DESC are standard fields already present in the structure. This method will fill in additional Installed Base attributes in the Installed Base header section like Authorization Group (ZAUTH_GROUP).

  • CRM_BADI_IBASE_MOB_CHANGE

This method will change additional data through customer enhancement structures as a part of the Change functionality.

For example, with this method you can change data in additional IBase attributes like Authorization Group (ZAUTH_GROUP) in the IBase header section.
