CRM_ICM_ACT01 - Display and Maintain RFC Destinations

To transfer data from CRM to ICM, you have to connect these two systems. As part of this activity, you can define a new RFC destination for ICM.

Define a new RFC destination for the ERP system. ICM, the system with which you want to integrate CRM, is located in ERP.

NOTE: Because CRM already uses the ERP system for other reasons, this destination may already be defined. In such a case, no action is required.
