As part of your incentive and commission management activity, you must decide with which of the defined RFC destinations you want to work.

Set up an RFC destination, if you have not already done so.

From the list of available RFC destinations, choose the relevant one for the ERP system. ICM, the system with which you want to integrate CRM, is located in ERP.
