You must specify the transaction categories you want to use as a trigger for incentives and/or commissions.

You must assign a CRM transaction category to an ICM business object type. This information is used for the CRM -> ICM engine interface.

At this time, we support only the following transaction categories:

  • Sales (orders),,- BUS2000115
  • Sales contracts,,- BUS2000121

Inside the ICM engine, you must define the business object types you want to use. Then, inside the CRM system, you must assign the CRM transaction categories to those business object types.

Enter the transaction categories that you want to use for paying incentives or commissions.
