CRM_ICM_ACT11 - Maintain Fields for Customer Enhancement of Transfer

To use customized fields inside the ICM engine, you must enhance the standard number of CRM fields. Do this by defining your own fields within the data dictionary of the CRM system, as well as within the ICM engine system.

Maintain an append structure in the data dictionary for structure CRMT_ICM_SALES_USRFIELD_OBJ. Inside this append structure, include the same fields you maintained inside the corresponding CRM append structure: CACS_S_CRM_SALES_USRFIELD_OBJ.

After enhancing the standard offering with your own fields, you must implement a Business Add-In (BAdI) in order to fill your own fields during the extraction process.
