CRM_ICM_ACT18 - How to Prepare BI for Transfer to ICM

Be sure that the corresponding databases (ODS tables) are filled with data from the CRM system. This enables sales documents that are read from BI to be extracted into the ICM engine.

The following BI ODS tables have to be activated, so that the extraction process works properly:

  • 0CRM_SALO (Sales Orders item)
    This ODS table has to be activated, in case you want to pay commissions based on sales orders.
  • 0CRM_CNT2 (CRM Sales Contracts (Quantity and Value))
    This ODS table has to be activated, in case you want to pay commissions based on sales contracts.

Your BI system administrator must make the proper arrangements.

Talk to your BI system administrator and make sure that he or she has made the proper arrangements.






SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up   rdisp/max_wprun_time - Maximum work process run time
