To provide you with a quick start in the configuration process for CRM-ICM, SAP delivers a preconfiguration of the ICM engine. The package CRM001is available for the CRM Sales scenario within the preconfiguration.

The ICM commission application has more fields available than just those included within the CRM-ICM pre-configuration. Use this procedure when you wish to extend the CRM-ICM pre-configuration to add additional fields to the ICM commission application.

You are using the CRM-ICM pre-configuration.

The delivered CRM-ICM preconfiguration offers the following fields in the condition technique:

  • Industry
  • Category_Id
  • Incentive_Basis
  • Comm_Basis_Value
  • Currency

Additional fields are offered in the ICM application generation. You can drag and drop additional fields to extend the structures in ICM. The condition technique tables have to be extended manually by the customers by appending structures to CACS_S_CRM_SALES_COND.

Within the ICM system:

  1. Enter the transaction: /nCACSIMG
  2. In Customizing for ICM, enter the path: Commissions → Application Administration → General Settings → Design Adjustment of Commission Application → Commission Application Construction.
  3. Find the field that you want to include from the list on the left-hand side and drag and drop into one of the structures on the right-hand side.
Note: If the field that you want to include is not available in the list on the left, click Increase Selection and add the appropriate structure (you might have to create a structure if one is not available).
  1. Use transaction se11 (or se80) to create an append structure ZCACS_S_CRM_SALES_COND with additional fields and then append it to structure CACS_S_CRM_SALES_COND.

To add the field Group to the ICM preconfiguration, you create an append structure ZCACS_S_CRM_SALES_COND with a field Group and append it to CACS_S_CRM_SALES_COND.

Note that you will have to extend the condition technique tables manually by appending structures to CACS_S_CRM_SALES_COND.
