CRM_ICM_BP_SEARCH - Exclude ICM Persons and Organizations from Account and Contact Search

In this activity, you make the settings required to ensure that the various parties involved in ICM are distinguished correctly in the search.
By making the settings given below, you exclude ICM persons and organizations from the standard search for accounts and contacts:
- The standard search for accounts and contacts is used to find external professionals involved in a case, such as lawyers and psychologists.
- An ICM-specific search is used to find those not professionally involved, such as suspects, witnesses, and victims.
- In the Customizing activity Extend Object Model for Business Partner (Service -> Cross-Application Components -> Generic Interaction Layer/Object Layer -> Component-Specific Settings), select Implementation Class Definition and choose New Entries.
- Make the following entries:
