CRM_ICM_BWIF_ACT08 - Set Up RFC Destinations for ICM Engine and BI System

Define the ICM RFC Destination. This is how CRM Incentive and Commission Management (CRM-ICM) identifies the ERP system to connect to.

Define the BI system. This is how CRM-ICM identifies the BI system to connect to.

This RFC Destination must be defined.

Only one ICM and BI system combination can be defined for each client. ,,

If there are two development clients in your landscape, each of these clients can be set up to access either a different ICM destination and/or BI destination, or they can both connect to the same systems. In a situation where they connect to different systems, the transfer program for creating/changing the commission cases is to be run from the client that has been set up to connect to the right systems.
