This Business-Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Investigative Case Management (CRM-IPS-ICM-REC) component.

You can use this BAdI to process e-mail documents before filing them to the investigation record.

This BAdI contains the following method:

  • ADJUST_EMAIL_BODY_TEXT: Adjusts the body text of an e-mail

  • This BAdI is filter-independent.
  • This BAdI uses the default implementation class CL_CRM_ICM_REC_EMAILDOC_BADI.
You can override the default implementation with your own implementation, or you can deactivate the delivered default implementation.

SAP delivers the following example implementation for this BAdI:

  • CL_CRM_ICM_REC_EMAILDOC_BADI: This adds e-mail header attributes to the top of the body text (HTML based).

To deactivate the default implementation, you must create an empty implementation.
