CRM_ICM_REC_RECORD - BAdI: Processing of Record Attributes

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is called in the Investigative Case Managementcomponent (CRM-S4-IPS-ICM).

You can use this BAdI to determine how the system processes record attributes.

This BAdI contains the following methods:

• SET_PROPERTIES_CRM2RM

Maps the Service attributes to the RM attributes

• This BAdI is filter-independent.

• This BAdI uses the default implementation class CL_CRM_ICM_REC_RECORD_BADI (Default Class). If there is no implementation, the system uses the default implementation. You can override the default implementations with your own implementations. You can also deactivate the delivered default implementation.

SAP delivers the following example implementations for this BAdI:

• CL_CRM_ICM_REC_RECORD_BADI
  Processing of DOMEA-compatible records

To deactivatethe default implementation, create an empty implementation.
