CRM_IC_003 - Define Business Transaction Profiles

In this Customizing activity, you can define profiles for the business transactions used in the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient. You can use a business transaction profile to define which transaction types can be used to create business transactions. You can also define whether dialog boxes are allowed and displayed automatically (automatic display only supported by the interaction record).

You have maintained transaction types.

You have maintained entries in the Customizing activity Define Navigation Bar Profile. For any transaction type you want to be available, you have maintained an object type with the object action Createunder Define Generic OP Mapping.
