CRM_IC_029 - Define Time Periods for Searches

In this Customizing activity, you can define the time periods that can be selected when you perform searches in the agent inbox (inbox).
The standard system contains the following time periods that may be sufficient for your needs:

| 9999 | Today |
| 0003 | Last 3 Days |
| 0007 | Last 7 Days |
| 0014 | Last 14 Days |
| 0030 | Last 30 Days |
| 0182 | Last Half Year |
| 0365 | Last Year |
| 1003 | Next 3 Days |
| 1007 | Next 7 Days |
| 1014 | Next 14 Days |
| 1030 | Next 30 Days |
For each new entry that you create, you must enhance the method Determine period dates (DETERMINE_PERIOD_DATES) of Business Add-In (BAdI) CRM_IC_INBOX_BADI. For more information, see the Customizing activity BAdI: Agent Inbox.
Assign the time periods that you want to use in the inbox to the corresponding inbox profile. You do this in the Customizing activity Define Inbox Profiles.
