CRM_IC_030 - Define Quick Searches

In this IMG activity you define optional "Quick Searches" that allow an agent to select business objects with the assistance of predefined selection criteria.

We deliver one Quick Search (0001) that is defined to select My Open Items sorted first by priority, then by main category. You can define additional quick searches based on your own selection criteria.

Considerations

You may use the wildcard * to specify of the title of a business object that has been derived from the business transaction.
